From September 15 to September 25, 2024, a delegation from Ha Long University led by Dr. Phan Thi Hue, Vice Rector of the University, attended a progress report session with the sponsor and relevant representatives at the Institute for Research and Transfer of Recycling Technology of Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, Wolfsburg, Germany.
On the afternoon of September 12, 2024, Dr. Nguyen Duc Tiep (Rector of Ha Long University) together with representatives of the Office of International Cooperation and Science Management, representatives of the Department of Japanese Language – Faculty of Foreign Languages, Ha Long University had an online working program with TOA Research Institute – Japanese Public Fund on the development of the Japanese Language and Culture Center.

From August 8 to 11, 2024, the delegation of Ha Long University, led by Dr. Nguyen Duc Tiep (Rector of the University) participated in the activities of “Vietnam Festival in Sapporo” in Hokkaido, Japan.
On the morning of August 7, 2024, Ha Long University welcomed, worked and signed a cooperation agreement with Ha Long Education Development and Human Resources Supply Joint Stock Company.
